Properties
White powder, insoluble in water, non-toxic, with a specific gravity of 1.52. Easily soluble in nitric acid; slightly soluble in chloroform, acetone, benzene, and carbon tetrachloride; insoluble in gasoline and ethyl acetate. Decomposes when exposed to strong alkali or strong acid solutions, especially nitric acid.
Application
Suitable for processing and activating ADC blowing agent raw powder. It can reduce the decomposition temperature of AC blowing agent, improve the activity of AC, reduce the dosage of AC blowing agent, activate and promote AC foaming, and increase the gas generation volume. Used in rubber and plastic foam processing for thermal insulation materials.
